Common questions

How does the free conversation work? Your first conversation, up to 5 minutes, is free. It only counts once a result with detected speech is saved, so failed, cancelled or silent attempts don't use it up.

What does the subscription include? Unlimited conversations, each up to 30 minutes. Eligible new subscribers may get a 7-day free trial. Your saved conversations stay available if the subscription ends.

How do I cancel or restore? Manage or cancel in your Apple Account's subscription settings, or from AirTime's subscription screen. To restore on a new iPhone, tap Restore Purchases there. Restoring returns access, not conversations: they stay on the iPhone that recorded them.

Why are the results different from what I expected? All results are estimates. Similar voices, background noise, short turns and people far from the phone can be misattributed. Overlap is time when two voices were detected together; it isn't proof of an interruption.

Does it work offline? Yes. Recording and analysis work in airplane mode. Buying or restoring a subscription needs a connection.
